Keeps tabs on Businesses (and their members), identifying events which may expose
our clients to increased commercial risk in the long run.
Negative acts: identifies and details
negative events, such as Protested Bills and
bankruptcy proceedings (declaration of
bankruptcy, decree of arrangement with
creditors or court, decree of voluntary
receivership)
Companies Register (held at Chambers
of Commerce): identifies and details any
variations registered at the relevant
Italian Chambers of Commerce against the
Company under investigation.
Real Estate negative entries:
pinpoints and details negative real estate
entries such as, foreclosure/repossession,
initiation of court action, attachment, etc.
Press cuttings: financial news items
on the business investigated (taken from a
daily consultation of about 150 national
newspaper headlines)
